There may always be a reason why a customer or the distributor needs to cancel their order. They maintain a cancellation policy adaptable to their customers. The cancellation policy will apply to the following situations:

  • Limitation on the quantity available for purchase : If the quantity of the medication ordered by a customer is less than the quantity or the stock of that specific product is not available, the cancellation policy will apply.
  • Disputes and Complaints : If a customer encounters any dispute regarding the product, they should contact their customer service team immediately so they can assist in finding an amicable solution.
  • Out of stock : When a product a customer wants is not available, the order cancellation policy will apply.
  • Unpaid Order : They do not promote any unpaid orders.
  • Cancellation by a customer : The customer can cancel the order at any time, but there must be a good reason for doing so.
  • Non-Receipt of Payment : Non-receipt of payment is considered as cancellation of the order.
