Due to the nature of the products we sell (medications), we cannot accept returns.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. We will issue a replacement or refund.

2. Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, you are eligible for a free reshipment or a refund.

3. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
